Update forgoten insertAntiPlagiarismAgreement calls changes after the last commit adding signature
The last commit 17e9bbdb7a447817374743867c826e7592170a8e [+] signature with picture \[+] second company logo added 2 parameters to insertAntiPlagiarismAgreement. However some calls weren't updated. As a result example-report-1A.tex fail to compile.
This merge update the calls.
