[fix] bug after refactoring (annnotationService was not accessible by callback function thats display annotation modal window

[refactoring] annotations service functions are in a separate .js / easier to disable for public version

[feature] authentication (obfuscated thanks to https://obfuscator.io/) and managing of the JWT in api requests

[fix] filter multiple occurences of the same event (wrt uid), keeping the last one present in the .ics file
